PPL delivery
(everything from our offer except bikes)

PPL transport service. You can transport anything from our offer except bikes.

Delivery is made directly to your chosen address. The driver will contact you before delivery on the phone number provided. For more information please see this section.

• The price of postage with cash on delivery when purchasing goods up to 2,499 CZK is 145 CZK
• The price of postage to an address with payment by bank transfer or credit card when purchasing goods up to 2,499 CZK is 100 CZK
• The price of postage to a point of delivery with payment by bank transfer or credit card when purchasing goods up to 2,499 CZK is 50 CZK
• Shipping when purchasing goods over 2,499 CZK and paying by bank transfer or online card is FREE
• Shipping when purchasing goods over 2,499 CZK and paying by cash on delivery is FREE, however, cash on delivery is charged at 45 CZK

Package delivery:

The driver will contact you by phone on the day of delivery to arrange the details of delivery, tell you the approximate time of delivery, the amount of cash on delivery and any other details. We will normally deliver your parcel between 8 am and 6 pm on working days (the exact delivery time cannot be influenced but can be specified by contacting the driver). In the event of non-delivery, the driver will leave you a notification and will attempt to deliver the package again the following business day. You can track your parcel's journey online at www.ppl.cz/en/ by entering the parcel number (11 digits).

Collection and complaints:

When taking delivery of a parcel, it is necessary to check the packaging of the parcel - any obvious defect (damage to the packaging) must be reported immediately and noted on the delivery note. It is therefore possible to accept the delivery even with this defect without worrying about subsequent claims for damages. Check the contents of the delivery after the driver has left, the driver does not wait to check the contents when handing over. Hidden defects can be reported within 3 days after receipt of the delivery and a damage report can be requested.

Zásilkovna
(only smaller products up to 70 cm)

Delivery service. Anything from our range can be delivered, as long as it is not bikes, skis, poles, etc. (larger than 70 cm).
Only smaller products up to a maximum size of 70 cm can be delivered.

Delivery is made directly to your chosen pick-up point. The driver will contact you when the parcel is delivered to the pick-up point by phone.

• Payment for this service is possible by bank transfer, credit card or cash on delivery
• The price of postage with payment by bank transfer or credit card for the purchase of products is CZK 65
• The price of postage with cash on delivery is CZK 110
• For orders over CZK 2499, postage is free

Zásilkovna - Home delivery
(only smaller parcels up to 70 cm)

Home delivery service. Anything from our range can be delivered, as long as it is not bikes, skis, poles, etc. (larger than 70 cm).
Only smaller products up to a maximum of 70 cm can be delivered.

Delivery is made directly to your chosen address. The driver will contact you upon delivery of the parcel by phone.

• Payment for this service is possible by bank transfer, credit card or cash on delivery
• The price of postage with payment by bank transfer or credit card when purchasing products is CZK 80
• The price of postage with cash on delivery is CZK 125
• For orders over CZK 2499, postage is free

Delivery with Czech Post
(everything from our offer except bikes)

Delivery service that delivers products to your home. If you will not be at home, you can pick up the products at your post office. Anything from our offer except bicycles can be transported.

• The price of postage to an address with cash on delivery when purchasing goods up to 2,499 CZK is 125 CZK
• The price of postage to an address with payment by bank transfer or credit card when purchasing goods up to 2,499 CZK is 80 CZK
• The price of postage to a delivery point with cash on delivery when purchasing goods up to 2,499 CZK is 105 CZK
• The price of postage to a delivery point with payment by bank transfer or credit card when purchasing goods up to 2,499 CZK is 60 CZK
• Shipping is FREE when purchasing goods over 2,499 CZK and paying by bank transfer or online card
• Shipping is FREE when purchasing goods over 2,499 CZK and paying by cash on delivery, however, cash on delivery is charged at 45 CZK

Collection and complaints:

In case of visible damage to the parcel, it is necessary to open it immediately after receipt and claim the defects on the spot. Other claims are accepted by the post office within 24 hours of the package being handed over to the customer.

Express parcel delivery KURÝR (Monday - Friday)

This service is intended for customers from Prague (whose postal code starts with one) who need to have the products at home the same day they order them. We are able to meet this requirement if you order the products until 1:00 pm and we have all the products in the order in one warehouse. From the time of receiving the order, the courier service will deliver the parcel anywhere in Prague. (Monday - Friday)

Attention - you will be asked for personal identification when collecting non-cash delivery.

It is not in our power to determine the exact time of delivery, so we recommend that you specify the delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel within 5 hours of ordering. The courier can wait a maximum of 10 min.

For this service we only accept online card payments in advance.

• The price for delivery by courier is 250 CZK

Bikes transport TOPTRANS EU, a.s.

Our technicians carefully assemble, adjust and prepare the bicycles for riding before sending. Then the bicycle is safely packed for transport. Once delivered, simply fit and tighten the handlebars, front wheel, pedals and adjust the saddle height.
