Early Rider bikes have long been among the world's top in the children's bike category. The Belter model range, awarded the prestigious Eurobike Gold Award, is built on precise craftsmanship, low weight, and technologies that make controlling the bike easier for children and increase safety.

The Early Rider Belter 16 Automatic children's bike is designed for children approximately aged 4–6 years (depending on height) who want to ride smoothly, confidently, and without the need to worry about gears. Thanks to the automatic two-speed system, the gear ratio adapts to the riding speed by itself, allowing children to focus solely on balance, pedaling, and the joy of riding.

Frame and fork:
The frame and fork are made of hand-ground aluminum with forged dropouts. The light and strong construction offers stable riding characteristics and long durability. The low frame height in the crotch area facilitates mounting and safe stopping.

Automatic belt drive:
The Belter 16 Automatic combines the maintenance-free Early Rider carbon belt with the Sturmey Archer automatic two-speed hub, which changes gears according to the riding speed. The belt is quiet, clean, requires no lubrication, and significantly reduces maintenance and control demands along with the automatic system.

Children's ergonomics and control:
Aluminum handlebars with a width of 500 mm, a 25mm rise, and a 19mm grip section are adapted for children's hands. Soft ER Soft Touch Mushroom grips support a secure grip and comfort. A short stem contributes to better bike control.

Brakes adapted for children:
Safe stopping is ensured by Tektro 837AL brakes with short brake levers Tektro Short Reach JL350, which are easy for small fingers to operate.

Wheels and tires:
Double-walled rims are complemented by CNC machined hubs. The front hub uses sealed bearings, while the rear wheel is equipped with an automatic two-speed Sturmey Archer hub. Tires Schwalbe Billy Bonkers provide excellent stability, grip, and comfort.
