Early Rider bikes have long been among the world's top in the children's bike category. The Belter model range, awarded the prestigious Eurobike Gold Award, is built on precise craftsmanship, low weight, and technologies that enable children to naturally and safely develop their cycling skills.
The Early Rider Belter 20 Auto children's bike is the ideal choice for children aged 6–8 years (depending on height) who want to smoothly improve their riding and increase their confidence. It combines a lightweight aluminum frame, a maintenance-free belt drive, and an automatic two-speed hub, thanks to which the gears adapt to the riding speed all by themselves – without the need for shifting.
Frame and fork:
The frame and fork are made of hand-brushed aluminum with forged dropouts. Improved geometry provides greater stability, confident handling, and maneuverability even in technically demanding environments.
Automatic belt drive:
The Belter 20 Auto uses the Early Rider belt in combination with the Sturmey Archer automatic two-speed hub. The gear changes automatically according to speed, allowing children to focus solely on riding. The belt is quiet, clean, requires no lubrication, and is extremely durable.
Children's ergonomics and control:
The handlebars, 560 mm wide with a 25mm rise, promote a natural riding position. ER LockOn grips provide a secure hold and high control over the bike. The short stem contributes to precise steering.
Brakes adapted for children:
Tektro 837AL brakes are responsible for safe stopping, combined with Tektro Short Reach JL-352 levers, which are optimized for small children's hands and allow for smooth and easy braking.
Wheels and tires:
Double-walled rims are fitted with CNC machined hubs, with the rear wheel using the Sturmey Archer automatic two-speed hub. Schwalbe Billy Bonkers tires provide high stability, grip, and comfort on asphalt and light terrain.
