Early Rider bikes have long been among the world's top in the children's bike category. The Belter model range, awarded the prestigious Eurobike Gold Award, is built on precise craftsmanship, low weight, and technologies that enable children to naturally and safely develop their cycling skills.
The Early Rider Belter 24 kids' bike is the pinnacle of the Belter range and an ideal choice for children aged 8-11 (depending on height), who are ready for longer, more technical, and faster urban and suburban rides. A lightweight aluminum frame, belt drive, and Shimano Nexus internal hub with 8 gears make this model the ultimate city bike for kids.
Frame and fork:
The frame and fork are made of hand-brushed aluminum. Modern geometry provides excellent stability, confidence on descents, and pedaling efficiency.
Belt drive and gears:
The Belter 24 is equipped with the Early Rider carbon belt, which is quiet, clean, and virtually maintenance-free. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Nexus C6001-8D internal hub with eight speeds, offering a wide gear range, smooth shifting, and long life thanks to its fully enclosed design.
Children's ergonomics and control:
Handlebars with a width of 640 mm and a 18mm rise, along with a shorter stem, promote a stable and natural riding position. The ER Wing grips are adapted for children's hands and provide a secure hold even on longer rides.
Powerful hydraulic brakes:
Safe stopping is ensured by Tektro JR hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors. Tektro Short Reach brake levers are light-action and fully adjustable, giving children maximum control in every situation.
Wheels and tires:
Double-walled aluminum rims are fitted with high-quality hubs with sealed bearings. Schwalbe Billy Bonkers tires ensure high stability, excellent grip, and comfort on asphalt and in light terrain.
Main advantages and parameters:
- ultra-light aluminum frame
