The Fischer Speedmax JR Skiathlon cross-country ski boots are a junior model designed for young skiers looking for performance boots with technology from the higher World Cup racing categories for both skiing techniques. Thanks to their lightweight, suitably stiff construction, precise fit, balanced sole flex and modern functional materials, they provide comfort, stability and efficient power transfer for both skating and classic styles.

Lateral stiffness and stability are further supported by an articulated ankle cuff with carbon fibre reinforced parts. The firm heel hold for better rebound and more stable glide is also improved by the external injected plastic heel counter.

The model uses a Junior Fit cut that is optimised for performance-oriented children's and junior feet.

The Triple-F membrane in combination with Nylex insulation protects against the elements. The breathable membrane wicks away excess heat and moisture, keeping feet dry and comfortable.

The TURNAMIC® Race Classic performance sole is made of lightweight Pebax® or Desmopan® material for a lower stance for better stability. Flex grooves and a soft sole flex promote smooth and natural rebound.
