Product description
It's never "too early" for a bike! The Scamp II helmet will reliably secure the very beginning of your biking journey on the bike and then on your first pedal bikes. With the design, Giro took inspiration from their MTB top model Manifest. The low weight is ensured by EPS foam together with a durable polycarbonate shell, which are joined by In-mold manufacturing technology.
The Roc Loc Jr clamping system ensures an easy and secure fit, and a total of 13 vents keep even very hot heads cool. Just choose the right size and colour for your little biker!
Technology
ROC LOC® AIR A revolutionary clamping system that improves both fit and ventilation of the helmet. The clamping system creates a small space between the head and the helmet itself where cool air flows. The setting options are the same as for the Roc Loc® 5 system.
IN-MOLD® Designation of a technological process in which EPS polystyrene foam is pressure-injected into the shell and reinforcements enclosed in the mould. Their connection reinforces the area of the vents and ribs. The result is a compact, uniform, lightweight, safe and very durable helmet.
