Method of payment

Payment for products can be made in the following ways:

1. Cash on delivery

If you do not want to pay for the products in advance, but only when you receive them, COD is the most suitable method of payment. You can pay cash to the postman or to the courier of the contracted transport company. This payment can only be used for products delivery within the Czech Republic and is always charged CZK 45,-  for all orders. Cash on delivery to Slovakia or other countries is not yet possible.

2. Payment by card over the internet

If you have a payment card that allows you to pay online (if in doubt, check with your bank), you can use it to pay for products online in our e-shop. Payment by card is very convenient for customers from Slovakia. They do not have to wait for the price of the products to be recalculated, which will significantly speed up the processing of the order.

The procedure for paying by card online:

1. After placing the products in the shopping cart, fill in the appropriate contact details and select the option "Payment by card", press "Submit". The following is a recap of the order, after proper checking, press "Submit".
2. In the same window you will see the information for payment of the order after submitting the order.
3. Select from the supported payment card options (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard) and proceed by pressing "Submit"
4. You will be automatically redirected to the Česká Spořitelna payment terminal where you will fill in your card number and details.
5. In case of successful payment you will receive an information e-mail from the terminal, an e-mail confirming the payment of the order and an information SMS.

Reservation - deposit for rental

In order to close a booking, a booking deposit must be paid by payment card.
The card payment deposited will be used as a deposit for the rental fee for the reserved items when the reservation is picked up.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid will be charged according to the applicable cancellation policy and refunded to the bank account you provide or paid in cash at our rental office.

Secure payment

We guarantee secure payment in our online shop via MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa.



What cards do we accept?

We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. The use of VISA Electron and Maestro electronic cards is only possible if your issuing bank allows it.



Card payment security

• when accepting payment cards, we use the 3D-Secure solution - the most advanced application of the MasterCard and Visa card associations enabling secure card payments on the Internet,
• you enter your payment card details directly to the bank, they are not visible in our booking system and therefore no one other than the bank has access to your payment card details,
• no one else but the bank has access to your payment card details, the data transfer is done via the secure HTTPS protocol, which encrypts this information.

How do I pay for a booking deposit by payment card?

Follow the instructions directly on the website of the processing bank to which you will be redirected. You enter the information directly into the payment page of the processing bank, which ensures an unbreakable encrypted data transmission and only tells us the result of the authorization and thus instructs us to process the reservation.

If the bank does not confirm your card payment, it is for the following reasons:

• the payment card details have not been filled in correctly
• you do not have sufficient funds in your account or you have already exhausted the limit for internet transactions
• your card is not allowed to be used for internet transactions. In this case you need to contact your bank.

3. Cash

Please choose this option only if you have chosen Personal collection as the delivery method. Payment for the order will be made in cash or by payment card when collecting the products in our shop. The products are reserved at the branch for one week. If you would like to extend the deadline, please contact us by email: [email protected] or by phone: +420 222 367 705.

4. Bank transfer

Once the availability of the ordered products has been verified, our staff will send you all the documents for bank transfer. We ask all customers to wait and not to pay for the products before written confirmation by our administrators. We will dispatch the ordered products immediately after the funds have been credited to our bank account.

5. On installments - ESSOX

We provide financing of consumer products for customers in the form of consumer or business credit from ESSOX s.r.o.

• The simplicity and speed of concluding a credit agreement directly via the Internet, including the possibility of signing the contract using SMS codes.
• A large variety of credit products, their description can be found below or directly on the products in the ESSOX online repayment calculator.
• Immediately after purchasing the products, the client becomes the owner.
• Possibility of arranging repayment insurance.
• The financed value of the products or the entire purchase from CZK 2,000 to CZK 500,000 or according to the limitations of the instalment product.

6. Split payment - ESSOX
