Return / exchange of products

Our main goal is your satisfaction with the products you have purchased on our e-shop. We know that it is not always easy to guess the right size or colour of products when you buy on our e-shop.

Therefore, we offer you the possibility of returning or exchanging the products, within an extended period of 60 days after delivery of the package.

How to return or exchange products:

1. Only intact, unused, undamaged products in their original packaging can be returned.
2. Carefully fill out the return form that came with your invoice. If you cannot find it, you can download it here.
3.  The products to be returned or exchanged and the completed return form and a copy of the invoice bring in person to any of our stores, or send it to Ski a Bike Centrum Radotín, s. r. o. , Školská 190, Kosoř, 25226 (DO NOT SEND TO A DISPENSE POINT).
4. When returning the products in person, the amount for the returned products will be subsequently transferred to your bank account.
5. When sending with any carrier, please pack the returned products so that they are not damaged during transit. If necessary, you can fill your details in the carrier's system (you will have an overview of the package's movement) or our details - [email protected], 222 367 700.
6. When sending by post, please include your account number on the return form so that we can refund you when you return the products. Please also include your account number when exchanging the products in case the exchange products are out of stock and we have to proceed with the refund.
7. In case of exchange of products (incorrect selection by the customer), a postage fee of 70 CZK (delivery within the Czech Republic) or 3 € (delivery within Slovakia) will be charged.

Please do not send products on C. O. D. No C. O. D. packages are accepted.

The exchange will be made within a few working days after the package with the returned products arrives at our shop.

It is always best to call the store immediately upon discovering an unsuitable color or size and reserve the products you would like to exchange your purchase for as soon as possible. This way it cannot happen that the products will not be in stock.
