When autumn arrives and the birds fly away, Multiholk transforms into a feeder. Birds now perch on the roosts under the windows to enjoy a well-deserved feast, and they can be sure that hygiene in this dining area is top-notch. The design of Multiholk does not allow birds to sit directly in the feed, which reduces the risk of spreading infections among birds.

A nest for small birds
In close collaboration with ornithological experts, we have developed the Multiholk to provide an optimal nesting environment for small garden birds, including sparrows and tits. Its internal climbing grooves guide the young birds to the exit hole, a crucial step in their first flight. Strategically placed ventilation holes also maintain a pleasant nest temperature during hot summer days.

Always place birdhouses at least 150 cm above the ground to ensure bird safety.

Attention!
Hygiene is very important when feeding birds. Diseases can easily spread on open feeders as bird droppings contaminate the feed. To ensure the health of the birds that use the feeders, we design all feeders so that birds do not sit directly in the feed. Their design also protects the feed from the weather, so it stays fresh longer.

To extend the life of the Multiholk and keep its bird visitors healthy, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the birdhouse at least twice a year. Wash the Multiholk with warm soapy water. When handling used bird feeders/nests for wildlife, always wear gloves.

Do you want to give small birds a chance to eat in peace? The Multiholk allows you to adjust the length of the perches so that only the smallest birds fit. Simply push the perches deeper into the sides of the birdhouse to change their size.
